Leave Dalyan on Ataturk Bulvari road and head towards the round about. At the roundabout head left along the road towards the football stadia , pass the Jandarmia after around 100 meters and a little further on you will come to a derelict building project which was once going to be holiday accommodation. You may spend some time around here as it can be fruitful for birds and you may see raptors over the near by hill. After this area go straight on and then take the second track to your right. Follow this track ( the one to the right) which takes you to the sewage works. Here on the hill to the left we have seen Blue Rock Thrush, Hobby and other raptors over the years. At the sewage works you can see a number of wagtails ,pied (called white in Turkey) Grey and Yellow. If you ask the staff they are usually agreeable for you to look around the site as long as you let them know your intentions.

After you have spent sometime here make your way back the way you came towards the road, but instead of joining the road again, take the the track to your right. This will take you along the perimeter of the hill on your right and eventually peter out at an old landfill site. This walk should provide sightings of Rock Nuthatch,Warblers,Jays and occasional raptor overhead.
